If you're fresh out of college, and looking for a job, or simply looking to apply elsewhere, the first thing you need to do is fix up your resume. It's the first thing your employers will see, and you want to make a good impression. With all the talent out there, getting noticed is the first step to getting that much awaited interview. So forget the conventional resume, and take a leaf out of the books of these resumes which definitely gave the applicants the edge in the hunt for a job.
